UNIT COOLER FOR BLAST FREEZING APPLICATION
Blast freezers are intended to rapidly bring the temperature of foods down to freezing temperatures extremely quickly. Advantages of blast freezing:
- Rapid temperature reduction prevents the reproduction of microorganisms.
- Increase shelf life of products.
- Appearance, flavour, texture, and nutritional value remain consistent for a longer time.
- Reduction in electricity consumption.

Compressor

Each room requires a different type of ideal compressor. Such as Full Hermetic Compressor which is ideal for kitchens, or Semi-hermetic Compressor for industrial scale. Four types of Compressors :
Full Hermetic Compressor
A hermetic is ideal for household applications such as deep freezers, window air conditioners, and kitchen refrigerators.
Semi-Hermetic Compressor
Semi-hermetic compressor is ideal for Industrial cold room purposes.
Scroll Compressor
A scroll compressor is a specially designed compressor that works in a circular motion, as opposed to up-and-down piston action.
Screw Compressor
The main advantage of using screw compressor is that it can supply compressed air continuously with minimum fluctuation in delivery pressure. It is usually applied for low pressure applications up to 8 bars.

Control Panel
The control panel is a cold room controller. Microprocessor based controller with two sensors used for cold room & evaporator coil to save life of cooling coil & defrosting electricity. Also with flexibility to control defrosting timing & duration.
Monitoring System
Both wired and wireless cold storage temperature monitors help detect temperature fluctuations. Temperature can be set within a predetermined range, which, when exceeded triggers the alarm. Alarm notification is in the form of LED light, SMS push or buzzer. These cold temperature monitoring equipment reduces damages and financial losses associated with inappropriate cold chain supply systems.
Cold Room Safety Alarm
Cold room safety alarm allows a person trapped inside the cold room to activate an acoustic luminous alarm installed outside the room and so call for help.
Ventilator
Ventilator is an effective solution for mold in a cold room. Ensuring a proper ventilation is the key to reducing indoor humidity and moisture levels. Feature : to maintain the balance of cold room internal and outer pressure when the cold room temperature is below 0 degrees celsius.
Lights
Lighting in cold and clean rooms should provide a safe working environment by achieving a certain level of light intensity even at low temperatures. In addition a low power consumption is required to reduce the additional cooling due to the heating from lighting to a minimum. Available LED Cold Room and LED Clean Room
Windows
Beveled window is designed specifically for cold room & clean room application, the absence of a ledge on this window makes it easier to clean while the design eliminates corners that often collect dust, particles, and other microorganisms. Two types of fixed window are available, double glass & single glass.
Heater
Cold rooms can suffer serious problems if affected by frost heave. The consequences of frost heave can be serious – from unnecessary downtime to loss of/damage to cold storage stock (chilled or frozen).
Checkered Plate Floor
Steel floor plate, also known as steel diamond plate or steel tread plate has a raised diamond lug pattern that provides excellent skid resistance for a wide range of applications.
